Return Policy

At SCI, we’re passionate about our customers and their experience.

To return a product, please consider the following steps:

  1. Ensure you have met the conditions at the bottom of this page, to confirm your eligibility.
  2. Contact us via e-returns@scicorporate.com to obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Write your Return Authorization (RA) / Order Number on the outside of the package.
  4. If a Shipping Carrier service (UPS, USPS, etc.) has been used for the order, SCI Customer should download and print Return Label from shipping carrier's website or SCI team can email the Return Label. Attach the label on the package to be returned.
  5. Return your product (including the packing slip or order confirmation) to the following address:

  7. Once we have received and verified your shipment, we will issue an 85% refund (less restocking fee and shipping) back to your original payment method.
    • Note: Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise authorized by SCI.

We cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) that become lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility.

Conditions that need to be met for returned products:

Items can be returned for a full credit (less shipping) within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Due to the nature of the items, Custom/Made-To-Order items are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective. If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days at e-returns@scicorporate.com, so we can help serve you better.
  2. Returns must be in like new condition and kept in the original packaging it was sold in, with your packaging slip or order confirmation placed inside the box.

Please note that all returns will be subject to inspection for damage or misuse, prior to the issue of a refund.

Additional considerations for returned products:

  1. No cash refunds will be issued.
  2. For returns of goods tendered to be effective, the Buyer must inform SCI within 7 days after delivery.
  3. A “return authorization” is necessary from SCI to process any returns.
  4. The failure of Buyer to comply with these conditions shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by Buyer and Buyer is barred from any remedy.
  5. All goods returned must be clean and in their original packaging.
  6. SCI has the right to refuse any returned goods or to credit the Buyer with the lesser amount paid, if the good are damaged.
